Quality & Testing

Quality control and traceability center

An in-house testing regimen written against ISO 4210 and UCI parameters, backed by a serial record for every rim we ship.

In-House Testing Regimen

Compliant with ISO 4210 & UCI standards

Four core protocols define the structural envelope of every rim design before it enters mass production.

01

Vertical Impact Test

Simulates extreme impacts to verify structural margin and fracture resistance.

02

Spoke Hole Pull-Out Tension Test

Verifies bed strength under extreme nipple tension (>300 kgf threshold).

03

Lateral & Torsional Stiffness Test

Ensures optimal power transfer and side-load rigidity under sprint loads.

04

Dynamic Fatigue Test

Simulates long-term road and trail stress over millions of cycles.

End-to-End Serial Traceability

Every rim can be audited back to its prepreg roll

Every rim leaving our facility is labeled with a dedicated barcode/QR code serial sticker. This allows full retrospective auditing of raw material batch, operator ID, environmental conditions during cure, and individual test records.

Stage 01

Raw Material Batch

Prepreg roll and batch number captured at cold-storage issue, with material certificate on file.

Stage 02

Operator & Lay-up

Lay-up technician ID and the exact ply schedule applied are recorded against the rim.

Stage 03

Cure Environment

Bladder pressure profile, cure temperature curve and ambient conditions logged for the lot.

Stage 04

Final Inspection

Individual truing, tension and structural integrity results attached to the serial record.

100% Inspection

Every unit, not every batch

Sampling tells you what a lot probably looks like. Unit inspection tells you what you are actually shipping. Truing, tension and structural integrity checks are performed on every rim, and the results are written to that rim’s own serial record.

  • Truing inspection on every rim
  • Tension verification across the full spoke bed
  • Structural integrity check before serial tagging
  • Results retained and retrievable per serial number
